Double digit catches yesterday with fish to 20lbs. Unfortunately I was not on the water.  Put the boat in this morning with a NWS forecast of south winds 5-10kts. The wind was blowing 15-20 at 7AM. Needless to say I was off the water by 8AM. The wind blows out of the west for 4 days and scatters the fish all over the ocean. The Spanish were all over the place and I donated a 1/2 dozen fly's to the cause. The bite slowed down so I went to the marsh in search of some drum to no avail. Buddy has been camping at the inlet to take advantage of the vast number of fish there. The Spanish and trout were good to him this morning and what I here there was a Spanish blitz on the incoming tide.&lt;br /&gt;I took a ride the the backside of Carrot Island and scored with a nice top water drum in really skinny water. Puppy Drum are in the marshes and Giants in the Pimilico for bait anglers. Specled Trout will start showing up as the water temps begin dropping. Sharks are every where.
